Assettagz is now fully supported on the rugged G:SMART GX-8900 enterprise mobile handheld and the Trimble Nomad ultra-rugged mobile handheld.
G:SMART GX-8900
The G:SMART GX-8900 supports both LF and UHF RFID reader options and, with its integrated scanner, 3 megapixel camera, GPS and phone is ideally suited for field sales/service and logistics operations.
Bluetooth, Wi-FI, and 3.5G facilitate immediate data transfer, connecting your workforce to head office for real-time business information exchange. The G:SMART is also a very affordable choice, making it suitable for both the corporate and SME client alike.
Trimble Nomad
Whether you want to identify assets, people or locations with the extended RFID reader, track asset position using the integrated GPS receiver, or capture 5 megapixel color images with the integrated digital camera, the Trimble is an effective handheld. It comes with WiFi connectivity as standard, with an optional GSM/EDGE WWAN modem for mobile data connections.
It is ultra rugged, has a good performance rating, and at 17.6 cm x 10 cm x 5.0 cm and weighing in at 596g, is lightweight and compact. Combined with the fact that this is good value for money, the Trimble Nomad is a handheld of choice.
