Priority TM Ltd selects AssettagzGPS as its GPS tracking solution

08/06/09

Priority TM Ltd (Priority), a leading supplier of temporary traffic management solutions to highways construction companies, has selected AssettagzGPS as its GPS tracking solution.

“Our aim is to offer a fast, reliable service.” explains Duncan Crome, Director at Priority. “Dealing with temporary traffic management on some of Britain’s busiest and most congested roads mean that response times are critical so we wanted to implement a GPS tracking solution that improved the service we offer to our customers.”

Priority installed AssettagzGPS in all of its fleet vehicles in February 2009 and already they are seeing the benefits:

“AssettagzGPS enables us to quickly see where our drivers are so we can send the closest one to carry out the work. And because we know exactly where our vehicles are we can give the customer an accurate indication of when they will arrive on site. From the customer’s perspective we can also run reports, if needed, which record the journey and act as proof of attendance”.

As well as improvements to customer service, AssettagzGPS has enabled Priority to derive other benefits. The company are able to view excess speed reports and track the journey details of each van down to the driver’s name and where and when it is being used: “AssettagzGPS allows me to see where all of my vehicles are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so I know my drivers are where they should be.” says Duncan.
